Wellbeing Gardening
Growing Together. Feeling Better.
Gardening offers much more than the opportunity to grow plants. It can nurture friendships, build confidence, encourage gentle physical activity and create a sense of purpose and belonging.
Through our community wellbeing gardens, we bring people together in welcoming outdoor spaces where everyone can contribute, learn and enjoy being part of something.
Whether planting seeds, tending flowers or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, our gardening activities offer opportunities to connect with nature, with others and with ourselves.
Discovering Nature Through Photography
Forest Bathing – Reconnect with Nature, Reconnect with Yourself
Slow Down. Reconnect with Nature. Connect with Others.
In our busy lives, we rarely give ourselves permission to simply stop, take a breath and appreciate the world around us.
At The Wilde & Well Foundation, we believe that spending time in nature can play an important role in improving our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
First Meeting With Our Trustees
Tuesday 27 October 2026 marks an important milestone for The Wilde & Well Foundation as we welcome our new volunteer trustees for their first meeting.
Trustees play a vital role in the success of any charity. They are the people who help guide its direction, ensure it operates responsibly and make sure that its activities remain focused on the people and communities it was established to support.
For The Wilde & Well Foundation, our trustees bring something particularly valuable: their time, experience, knowledge and commitment, all given voluntarily to help us make a positive difference.
